In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we reflect on how worry can easily take hold of our hearts.
"It is easy to get overwhelmed by the unknowns of the future our jobs, our health, our relationships. Yet Jesus speaks directly into this in Matthew's Gospel, chapter six, when he says, therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself.
"Each day has enough trouble of its own. Jesus isn't telling us to ignore our responsibilities or pretend that life is without struggle. Instead, he's inviting us to trust him with our burdens, to surrender our anxiety, and to focus on the present."
